The shop offers 100% cotton fabrics from Timeless Treasures, Moda, Benartex, Henry Glass, Northcott, Andover, Red Rooster and Stonehenge to name a few. Browse over 400 bolts of batiks, and check out our ever-changing “seasonal” fabric selections. We feature a great “Novelty” room full of playful and pastel fabrics for baby quilts and several novelty fabrics for that special toddler or teen. We also boast a large selection of flannels and wildlife fabrics.

The Dakota Quilt Company was founded in 1997 on Spearfish Main Street, located on a corner lot, with excellent off-street parking and easy access. The store doubled its size in 2004 with the addition of a room that is used for classes, clubs and additional inventory. Additional work to the physical property, improved landscaping and curb appeal was also completed.
